Steven P. Johnston

Biography

Steve Johnston received his undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School. Steve is committed to carrying on the firm’s tradition of excellence by providing advice, counsel, and representation to individuals and companies in negotiating, mediating, and litigating business and family disputes.

Steve also represents individuals and physicians in personal injury, malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. As a result of his commitment to providing dedicated service, advice, and advocacy, Steve has successfully represented his clients at the trial and appellate levels in Colorado state and federal courts.

Steve is licensed and admitted to practice law in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Steve also serves as a volunteer for Metro Volunteer Lawyers, providing legal representation to indigent members of the metro Denver community.
