Marta M. Jucha
Biography
Marta Jucha is a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico. She received her first law degree from Mexico’s Ibero-American University in 1998 with a specialty in International and Business law.
Marta graduated first in her law school class. She then moved to Denver where she obtained a Masters in International Business Transactions from the Joseph Korbel School of International Studies of the University of Denver and later attended law school at the University of Colorado Law School. Marta received her Juris Doctor and passed the Colorado Bar Exam in 2008.
Marta is committed to community and pro bono service. In Mexico, she volunteered at a center providing free legal services to low-income families. In Colorado, Marta has volunteered with different organizations providing legal and business guidance to individuals, as well as doing Spanish presentations to small business groups.
Marta’s practice in Mexico consisted of representing international clients establishing operations in Mexico that dealt in the areas of corporate and banking law, as well as commercial litigation. After moving to Denver, she was in charge of the Human Resources department for a national corporation based in Colorado. Now at PJCKN, her practice focuses on employment litigation and transactional business law.
At home, Marta enjoys cooking and sharing her Mexican cuisine with friends and family. She loves to travel and gets back home to Mexico as much as she can where her parents and close family live.
Marta is licensed to practice law in the country of Mexico and the state of Colorado, and has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the US-Mexico Bar Association.
